I was the world's biggest skeptic until I experienced a Reiki session. I ask that you keep an open mind to all alternative methods of healing as many are REAL gifts from our True Source.
1) Reiki Healing-2001
My friend “John's” daughter at the age of 4 was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I asked John to check out Reiki on the web and gave him a book to read. Much to our surprise the cancer hospital offered Reiki treatments. His daughter immediately began to respond to the Reiki therapy. In the meantime, John’s wife became a Reiki master and helped heal their daughter daily. John’s daughter has remained in remission since. We believe Reiki helped the healing process.
2) Reiki Healing- July 2006
My neighbors son “Andrew” at the age of 48 (same age as my brother Doug) suffered 3 strokes and was confined to a wheelchair. Andrew was being cared for by his parents while staying in the “handicapped ready” basement apartment. I felt that I should at least offer some help. I explained to my friend that I practiced energy healing and that it was similar to "laying on of hands". I also mentioned that any healing is God’s work as I am just a channel/messenger. On Sunday morning July 30th, I spent an hour doing a Reiki treatment for Andrew. That evening, I returned home to a doorbell ring. My neighbor was patiently waiting for my arrival. He immediately screamed Mr. Ken, Mr. Ken a miracle has occurred. My son is walking; right now he is with his sister across the street. I was amazed and shocked over these words. I did not believe that Andrew could walk until I saw him walk home that evening. I frequently visit Andrew and his family as I need a constant reminder that this actually happened. I still find this hard to believe but it happened. If you believe, miracles will happen. I am not sure if this miraculous healing will ever be repeated. I just thank God that it happened and I was able to help someone.
Before I began the treatment, a thunderous noise/loud crackling came from the television. The television was turned off and unplugged. I believe that I was not alone when this miracle occurred. I also believe that my deceased brother had a hand in helping me with Andrew.
3) Reiki Healing -2006 June
I was rock/wall climbing with my daughter when I completely tore my pectoral muscle. The injury required immediate surgery to re-attach the muscle by drilling 3 holes through the bone. I was warned that the recovery is slow and painful (approx 6 months of physical rehabilitation). The surgery took place on June 29th.
I experienced virtually no pain in recovery as I was performing Reiki on the injured area daily. My physical therapist (Georgina) documented this unbelievable quick recovery. I had full use of my muscle after only 3 weeks. This was only possible through God's healing energy working through me.
